techIncludeMaskFile
Specify that the #include @mask/file will be added to the OptoDesigner 02-file/This library suppport operations on mask files and is needed also for loading GDS-based BB/cell definitions from a design kit. If BBs have a boundary with a gds cell in them, you do not need to set this value to true - it will automatically add it.
