mcsBusConfig
This boolean can be set to true to set up a curve-based bus-config for this xsection in case no BBs are set up for bus-routing for this xsection.Using this value is not needed if there is at least a single BB configured for being a busConfig-element for this xsection; in that case the other non-specified layout's are automatically configured using basic OptoDesigner curves.
