wavelength
For the xsSet--() functions the wavelength is important; the xPDK standard assumes single-band definitions for now, but multi-band / wavelength support is needed. This field is therefore likely to move towards the standard.The options in this field are used for wavelength / band selection in the technology. The field itself is a string, so you can use things like "C" or "O-band" as well as values like "0.2 um" or "1550 nm".
