LayoutInterfaceCondition
Set the selection mechanism for a multi-BB mapping. This can be as function call etc but then it should be somewhat language independent, so do not use self.X() but X() in python. The xsl code can prefix it with a class/instance scope.You can use a reference to the technology definition, as tech.X(), for example for band-selection or enabled processes.

This element is simple - it does not have attributes or elements. The text that fills up the... is value used.
