DieTemplate
This section contains the die-template definition which is put in the '04' file. The die-template should define form-factors, typical IO locations, dice line or cleave markers and so on.When using the examples, this section will be placed before the DieExtends section.
Structure
This element is simple - it does not have attributes or elements. The text that fills up the... is value used.
